I am a full time professional triathlete and triathlon coach and I love what I do. I have 17 years of triathlon experience and 13 years of coaching experience. I have raced 20 IRONMANs including the IRONMAN World Championships (70.3 PR 4:03; Ironman PR 8:46). I'm based out of Branford, Connecticut and coach athletes throughout the United States as well as internationally. I've coached athletes to world championships in every distance and have also helped over 150 athletes complete their first ironman event. I also have experience coaching diabetic athletes. I have a BS in Health Science with a focus in exercise physiology from Quinnipiac University and a MA in Humanities from Duquesne University. Outside of triathlon, I enjoy spending time in coffee shops, traveling to new destinations with my wife, and listening to podcasts about true crime.
